Welcome to our car and vechile / yacht rental service. By accessing and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Reservations and Bookings

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking.
  • Reservations for the 2025 charter season can be made now. All 2024 charters are fully booked.
2. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are quoted in Euros (€) and include VAT.
  • Rental prices include unlimited kilometers and comprehensive insurance.
  • Additional services, such as skipper fees and provisioning, will be added to the total cost.
  • Payment methods accepted: credit card, bank transfer, and other methods as specified at the time of booking.
3. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellations made 30 days before the rental date will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 30 days before the rental date may incur a cancellation fee.
  • No refunds will be issued for early returns or no-shows.
4. Use of Vehicles and Yachts

  • Renters must possess a valid driver’s license or boating certification, as applicable.
  • Vehicles and yachts must be used in accordance with local laws and regulations.
  • Renters are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle or yacht during the rental period.
5. Insurance

  • Comprehensive insurance (kasko) is included in the rental price.
  • Additional insurance coverage may be available upon request.
  • Renters are responsible for any deductible amounts as specified in the rental agreement.
6. Liability

  • The company is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the rental period.
  • Renters must adhere to safety guidelines and instructions provided.
7. Privacy

  • Personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for providing rental services.
  • We respect your privacy and will not share your information with third parties without your consent.
8. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers.
